PRN is staffed by skilled, qualified professionals with many years of experience in delivering solutions to health related issues

Julieann has had over 20 years of experience in healthcare in the UK as a specialist clinician, a capable senior manager and now with an increasing profile as a credible and well-regarded healthcare consultant. Her experience spans primary, secondary and tertiary care as well as experience in the voluntary sector. She also has the distinction of being a former Nurse of the Year.

Her commissions have been at both strategic and operational levels within NHS organisations. They include areas such as the translation of government health policy and then the implementation of that policy to meet local need. She has also worked on service redesign and organisational development at both local and regional levels. Julieann has acted as a clinical advisor to the Healthcare Commission.

Julieann's specialism is the management of change. She is a strong leader with good communication skills. She is focused and outcomes orientated but with the ability to be flexible when it's really needed.

David has over 15 years experience as a specialist change consultant and programme manager in both the public and private sector.

He has delivered successful business transition programmes for companies like Shell, Rolls Royce, South African Airways and Huntsman specialising in delivering significant, measurable, financial benefits in markets such as Asia, the USA, Europe and Africa.

David has previously been a special projects manager with the Audit Commission and worked alongside senior health managers installing new business models for operations in areas such as bed management, pathology services, care pathways etc. He has also undertaken business readiness programmes for Local Authorities installing large scale ERP systems and has on occasion assisted the Association of Chief Police Officers.

David's key skill is bringing the best of 'best practice' from both public and private sector domains to design and implement solutions to the myriad topical problems faced by health managers in today's fast changing public health sector.
