A large Cancer Network in the North of England needed to deliver against a major new Government initiative in the area of Palliative Care

Working with the appropriate Medical, Nursing and Managerial staff in 16 Primary Care Trusts Julieann delivered the following

• scoped the existing educational network across the region, identifying the gaps and deficiencies against the new Government model

•designed a revised training network with the stakeholders incorporating the changes needed both clinical and managerial

•signed the model off with the Service Managers of all 16 PCT's

•implemented the revised model on time and below budget

and

•evaluated the projects success both financially and from a patient care perspective whilst making recommendations for future improvements
